Being my sometimes forays into verse, doggrell, limericks and
the like. Often occasioned by the nonsense of various
religious and anti-science stances - and often capitalizing on
the (earlier) frameworks of real talent - adapted to my more
trivial ends. (Sigh). It is rather curious fact that I paint
somewhat after the same fashion: "frameworks" provided by
real painters, and then copied and/or modified to suit my own
ends... Since this was, in fact, the "modus" in former
times whereby young painters learned their craft from the Masters,
it really doesn't deserve the bad name I think it
sometimes has today among the ...uninformed. Ah! ha-ha-ha-ha, etc.

"Plagerism is the sincerest form of flattery!" (Who said that? If
no one, then I will take it for my own LOL!) I know Poe -
who was a shameless plagerizer - said something to effect that
plagerizing was not really an evil in writing at all - but
that one must always take care to plagerize material of merit
and not mere trash (!) This takes care of social climbers like
me, since I always strive to rub elbows with the haute monde of
the plagerizing set...!
